Our Story

A Filipino-owned corporation established in 1980 & incorporated in the year 2006 by a family with experience and knowledge about organic farming & the heart when it comes to helping people. We have our own Organic & Foliar Fertilizer plants in the Philippines turning out excellent and commercially proven organic-based fertilizers for diverse crops. We also provide solution for waste-generating industries using an advance, accelerated and state of the art biotechnology turning their waste into something profitable and ecofriendly solution.
Our Innovative Biotechnology, mainly the use of Beneficial Microorganisms (BM), aims to assists a wide range of clientele in managing their biodegradables / organic wastes / biomass in the most efficient and sustainable manner, maximizing resource value, minimizing or even eliminating the environmental impact all at the same time.
Our biotech is a million-dollar industry and has been known and accepted worldwide managing hundreds of thousands of wastes, producing a premium, top of the line Organic Fertilizer. Countries in Asia including China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand, the Middle East, Australia and Kenya Africa are already part of this wonderful innovation.
The results of our continues efforts made us the very first company in the Philippines to be able to export and produce Premium Organic Fertilizer globally.

Technical consultancy for several food manufacturing plants which included Philippine Flour Mills Corporation, Universal Foods Corporation, Philippine Meat Corporation, California Food Manufacturing.

1976

Product Development for UFC Foods Corporation

Product development for UFC Foods Corporation for the commercial production of banana catsup; technical consultancy for Banco Filipino Piggery Farm, Inc. at Bulacan, Philippines.

1977

Product development and technical consultancy

Product development and technical consultancy for Jeverps Noodle Manufacturing Plant, Inc. for the commercial production of ramen noodles.

1977 – 1999

Establishment of the following agro-industrial projects

Establishment of the following agro-industrial projects for the PFM Agro-industrial Corporation at Quezon Province, Philippines: (i) 1000-sow level piggery farm, (ii) feed manufacturing plant, and (iii) meat and fish processing plants.

1979

Establishment of a mushroom farm

Establishment of a mushroom farm for the commercial production of Volvariella volvacea and Pleurotus sajor-caju for Biogenic Products Corporation at Bulacan Philippines.

1981

Development of a 350-hectare farm

Development of a 350-hectare farm for alfalfa production at Alkhobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; establishment of a 1200-hectare farm for cattle feeds at Sayhat, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; technical consultancy and supply of organic and foliar fertilizers for a 100-hectare coffee plantation at Sumilao, Bukidnon, Philippines; establishment of an organic fertilizer plant using cattle waste and pineapple pulp for Bando Farms, Inc. Bukidnon, Philippines.

Technical consultancy for a dairy farm and dairy processing plants for Almatrood Farms at Sayhat, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Commercial production of superior organic and foliar fertilizer plants at Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija, Philippines.

1983

Development of a 6000-hectare wheat farm

Development of a 6000-hectare wheat farm at Al-Kharj, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; development of a cut-flower project for the Puyat Group of Companies at Baguio City, Benguet, Philippines; preparation of a Project Feasibility Study for solid wastes management and residual recovery system for Metro Manila.

Commercial production of organic rice

Commercial production of organic rice through Farmers’ Cooperatives involving thousands of hectares in Regions I, II, III, IV and V in the Philippines.

1984

Preparation of a Project Feasibility Study

Preparation of a Project Feasibility Study for a US$100 M fully-integrated food production and agro-industrial complex for the government of Brunei Darrussalam.

1987 – 1992

Development and management of a model

Development and management of a model for a fully-integrated agro-industrial production complex for Central Luzon State University featuring the following enterprises: (i) production of rice and other grain crops, high-value crops, feed grains and roughage, fruit-bearing trees, mushrooms, (ii) poultry production for broilers and layers, (iii) hog production, (iv) feedlot production of cattle and dairy buffaloes, (v) tilapia production, (vi) commercial processing of meat products, dehydrated products, fermented products, frozen products, canned and bottled products.

1989 – 1998

Technical consultancy for a 3000-hectare cassava and hybrid coconut plantation

Technical consultancy for a 3000-hectare cassava and hybrid coconut plantation owned by Matling Industrial and Commercial Corporation with a realized average yield of 50 tons per hectare of cassava tubers.

1998 to date

Technical consultancy for the production of organic food crops

Technical consultancy for the production of organic food crops in Liaoning Province, China; technical consultancy for the production of organic food crops in Malaysia.

1999

Preparation of a project feasibility study and development of an integrated farming system

Preparation of a project feasibility study and development of an integrated farming system for Ramos Farms, Inc. at Nueva Ecija the following: (i) Napier grass production, (ii) cattle breeding, (iii) poultry production, (iv) mushroom production, (v) tilapia fish production, (vi) goat production, (vii) hog production.

Establishment of a 1000-ton per month organic fertilizer production plant

Establishment of a 1000-ton per month organic fertilizer production plant using chicken manure and rice husk in Kedah State, West Malaysia; establishment of a 500-ton per month organic fertilizer plant using animal wastes and rice husk at Zimmin, Liaoning Province, China.

Establishment of a 1000-ton per month organic fertilizer plant

Establishment of a 1000-ton per month organic fertilizer plant using animal wastes and coal dust at Panjin, Liaoning Province, China.

Preparation of a project feasibility study for a fully-integrated farming system

Preparation of a project feasibility study for a fully-integrated farming system for 3 communities in San Isidro, Nueva Ecija, Philippines funded by the Landbank of the Philippines; establishment of a 3000-ton per month organic fertilizer plant using animal and plant wastes in Benxi District, Liaoning Province, China; establishment of a 4000-ton per month organic fertilizer plant using alchol plant effluents in Perlis State, West Malaysia; preparation of a project feasibility study for a fully-integrated milkfish production and processing complex worth US$51 M in Lanao del Norte, Mindanao, Philippines; establishment of a 1000-ton per day (600,000 tons per year) organic fertilizer manufacturing plant in Da Qing, Hellongiang Province, China.

2004

Technical consultancy on setting-up compost production plants

Technical consultancy on setting-up compost production plants using municipal solid wastes or city garpage in DKI Jakarta, West Java and Banten Province, all in Indonesia. This is a World Bank funded project through the Global Environment Facility Grant Mechanism for Compost 2004; commercial application of organic fertilizers in rice planting in AnGiang and Binh Duong Provinces in Vietnam; commercial application of organic fertilizers in coffee plantations in the Philippines; setting-up of a franchised organic fertilizer manufacturing plant for the Batangas Free Planters Multi-purpose Cooperative in Calatagan, Batangas

Commercial application of organic fertilizers in Oil Palm plantations

Commercial application of organic fertilizers in Oil Palm plantations in Kedah, Penang, Malacca and Johore States in West Malaysia as well as in Sabah, East Malaysia; commercial application or organic fertilizers in rice in several provinces in the Philippines.

Establishment of a 2000-ton per month organic fertilizer manufacturing plant

Establishment of a 2000-ton per month organic fertilizer manufacturing plant in Kuala Sungai Baru, Malacca, Malaysia.

2008

Establishment of a 4000-ton per month organic fertilizer manufacturing plant

Establishment of a 4000-ton per month organic fertilizer manufacturing plant in Merlimau, Malacca, Malaysia; Rice Production Project for 1200-hectares using Chinese hybrid rice varieties in Laur, Nueva Ecija in cooperation with PhilSCAT and Philippine Irrigators’ Association; technical consultancy for a 5000-hectare Jatropha curcas Production Project of Philippine National Oil Corporation – Alternative Fuels Corporation in Fort Magsaysay, Laur, Nueva Ecija; Technical services and commercial distribution of organic fertilizers for several thousands of hectares of rice lands in four main rice regions of the Philippines.
